📍 Serving Bucks County, PA & Mercer County, NJ

We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Rep to sell our home renovation services (roofing, siding, gutters, repairs).

This is a commission-based role — perfect for someone who’s confident, driven, and wants uncapped earning potential.

What you’ll do:

• Meet with homeowners and property managers

• Sell our services (warm + self-generated leads)

• Follow up with prospects and close deals

• Represent a trusted, established local company

Compensation:

💰 Commission paid on the TOTAL job amount

💰 No cap on earnings

Ideal candidate:

• Sales experience preferred (construction/home services a plus)

• Strong communication skills

• Self-motivated & reliable

• Comfortable with door-to-door, networking, and appointments
